Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have recieved your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of your goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith. This contract is covered by English law. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

How to Place an Order

You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by phoning +44 (0)333 055 0135. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.


Delivery charges are as follows: UK: £5.90, EU (outside UK) £9.80, rest of world: £10.80. For goods shipped outside the EU, you are liable for any and all customs and import duties. All mouthpieces are made to order, so goods will typically ship 1 week after confirmation of your order. If we experience any delay in production we will notify you. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us. If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense, and customers outside the E.U. are liable for any import duties or customs charges incurred. If goods are not received in as new condition, you may be charged a re-finishing charge of up to £45. We will refund all monies paid to us by you excluding any postage/carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under this contract. Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel or return any items which have been made to order. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 07/03/2013. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, and any such changes will only apply to future orders.

Law and Jusrisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
